JAKARTA, UIN Online News – Finalizing operational frameworks for the upcoming academic orientation, the committee for UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta’s 2026 Orientation Week (PBAK) convened a strategic coordination summit on Monday, July 27, 2026. Chaired by Vice Rector for Student Affairs Professor Ali Munhanif alongside student union leaders, the institutional assembly finalized participant guidelines, digital logistics, and national speaker lineups for the high-profile freshman welcome event.
Anchored by the grand theme "Technologically Smart, Ecologically Wise – Realizing the Ulul Albab Generation for National Civilization," the 2026 Orientation Week adopts a modern Digital Green framework designed to mirror global sustainable campus standards.
Scheduled to execute across a hybrid format on August 26–27, 2026, the daily Orientation Week proceedings run from 05:30 to 11:40 WIB to maximize engagement while safeguarding student health. Opening sessions will take place at the Triguna Field before transitioning into the Harun Nasution Auditorium for academic briefings.
To ensure a comfortable environment for the incoming student cohort, the committee established clear behavioral guidelines alongside eco-conscious mandates.

Eco-Friendly Orientation Kit: Participants are required to bring reusable water tumblers, personal umbrellas, and protective masks, directly reinforcing the university's central Green Campus campaign.

Essential Institutional Briefings: Incoming freshmen will receive direct orientation from core administrative units, including the AAKK Bureau, the University Hospital, the Green Campus Center, Pustipanda, and the Center for Gender and Child Studies (PSGA).

National Speaker Lineup: The committee is finalizing six prominent keynotes comprising national figures, environmental activists, and digital influencers to address technology ethics and climate action during Orientation Week.
Highlighting the strategic intent of the grand design, Steering Committee member Dr. Aktobi Ghozali emphasized that the 2026 Orientation Week moves far beyond traditional initiation rituals. Instead, it serves as an empowering academic portal aligning with Indonesia's broader 2045 Golden Generation vision.
Echoing this enthusiasm, Student Orientation Chair Muhammad Nagieb Jihadil Akbar issued an open invitation to all incoming students, urging them to actively participate in the interactive sessions and explore student organizations through the integrated Kampung UKM fair.
