Meet Gen-Z's Leader, UIN Jakarta Management Alumnus Leads Executive HR Academy for Better Future

Rectorate Building, UIN Online News – Higher education campuses function as far more than domains for absolute academic learning. They operate as crucial crucibles to shape leadership, structural resilience, and corporate social responsibility. These institutional values are distinctly reflected in the professional trajectory of Arya Saputra Ramadani, an alumnus of the Educational Management Study Program at the Faculty of Educational Sciences (FITK), UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, who currently thrives as a prominent executive in human resource planning and youth talent incubation.

Although UIN Jakarta was not his primary initial choice for tertiary studies, Ramadani credited the institution as the defining ecosystem that engineered his professional capacities. The combination of rigorous academic standards and expansive extracurricular platforms served as a foundational laboratory for his corporate career.

“UIN Jakarta evolved into the most beautiful environment for personal transformation, fully shaping my holistic professional identity,” he remarked.

Entering the university in 2018, Ramadani maximized the leadership platforms available across the campus network. Throughout his undergraduate tenure, he actively managed more than 27 strategic positions across student government bodies, corporate executive committees, and regional humanitarian deployments. This intense immersion served as a practical school that sharpened his corporate communication, institutional management, and cross-functional team collaborations.

According to Ramadani, organizational activism yields critical competencies that cannot be replicated inside a traditional classroom. He mastered the mechanics of executive accountability, corporate empathy, and stakeholder collaboration.

“In those student networks, I discovered that leadership is defined by systemic responsibility rather than administrative titles. I learned that effective communication does not center on speaking, but on active, analytical listening,” he noted.

His hyper-proactive campus engagement operated in tandem with high-level academic landmarks. Ramadani secured the national Academic Merit Scholarship (PPA) and the specialized BNI Bank Community Development Fellowship. Concurrently, he achieved prominent regional standing, being crowned as the Educational Envoy for the Banten Province in 2020, and winning First Place for the South Jakarta Generational Planning Envoy (Duta Genre) in 2022.

He finalized his undergraduate journey by securing dual institutional honors as the Outstanding Non-Academic Graduate and the Valedictorian of the Educational Management Study Program. He completed his Bachelor's degree with a 3.81 GPA within a compressed timeline of 3 years and 7 months.

Post-graduation, Ramadani scaled his professional expertise across multiple fields, including educational administration, digital media analytics, and corporate staffing operations. This cross-sector exposure ultimately steered his career toward his ultimate corporate focus: human capital development.

To formalize his professional capabilities, he completed a Master of Management degree specializing in Corporate Human Resources, graduating with a 3.94 GPA.

Currently, Ramadani serves as the President Director of HR GenZ Academy, a specialized enterprise dedicated to elevating the professional competencies of the younger demographic through corporate training, executive coaching, professional certifications, and structured career onboarding pipelines.

Through this corporate platform, Ramadani actively guides young professionals to decode their ultimate career potentials while aligning their corporate skills with the rapidly evolving demands of the global labor market.

“UIN Jakarta did not mold me into a rigid, uniform prototype of a graduate. Instead, it provided an expansive environment to explore numerous professional possibilities,” he clarified.

Ramadani’s executive trajectory stands as an empirical validation that UIN Jakarta’s educational frameworks generate highly adaptable, socially conscious leaders. Through his leadership at the academy, he serves as a prime model of how UIN Jakarta alumni continually drive regional economic mobility by training and empowering the next generation of global corporate leaders.
