Marvelous Improvement! Several UIN Jakarta Journals Dominate National Accreditation
Rectorate Building, UIN Online News - UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta has attained academic distinction by securing accreditation from the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) for many scientific periodicals.
For your information, SINTA is a scientific journal indexing system established by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemendikbudristek RI). Accreditation under this system has emerged as a primary measure of journal quality in the domestic field.
In addition, Jurnal Penyuluhan Agama and NURSE: Journal of Nursing and Health Sciences have both gained new positions in SINTA 4. Meanwhile, the recent national accreditation results show that numerous journals from UIN Jakarta have ascended to the SINTA 2, SINTA 3, and SINTA 4 tiers.

(↑) DAKWAH: Jurnal Kajian Dakwa dan Kemasyarakatan and Jurnal Manajemen Dakwah ascend from SINTA 5 to SINTA 4.
In response, the Rector of UIN Jakarta, Prof. Asep Saepudin Jahar, M.A., Ph.D., mentioned this improvement as a way to demonstrate UIN Jakarta's dedication to enhancing the quality of scientific publications and advancing the field of research.
"This success is attributable to the diligent efforts of journal managers, authors, editors, and reviewers in upholding the quality of our scholarly work. Thus, enabling UIN Jakarta's reputation to skyrocket in national and international academic domains," he commended.
Moreover, these SINTA certifications are not only meant to acknowledge the quality of journals generated by UIN Jakarta but also to propel the advancement of modern research. Consequently, the rector of UIN Jakarta urged all academicians to persist in enhancing the quality of their individual publications.
