LPM UIN Jakarta Socialize New BKD Guidelines

Main Auditorium, Berita UIN Online - In line with the plan to integrate BKD and SKPR, LPM UIN Jakarta in cooperation with SPI, Pustipanda, Finance, Personnel and Senate of UIN Jakarta have compiled the new BKD Guidelines 2018. The new BKD guidelines are then given the name Basic and Additional BKD Guidelines. The process of developing the new guidelines is done with a long time, which is approximately 6 months. The BKD guidelines have also passed 5 meetings in the University Senate.

Similarly, the initial exposure from the Chairman of LPM UIN Jakarta, Dr. Sururin, in a socialization session of BKD Baru Guidelines, on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Auditorium of Harun Nasution. The socialization of the BKD Guidelines is only held within two days, Wednesday-Thursday, 30-31 May 2018. On Wednesday, the lecturers invited were lecturers from the Faculty of Tarbiyah and the Science of Education (FITK), Faculty of Sharia and Law (FSH), Faculty of Ushuluddin (FU), Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Faculty of Dakwah and Communication (FIDK), and Faculty of Science and Technology (FST). On Thursday, the invited lecturers came from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Faculty of Psychology, Faculty of Health Sciences (FIK), Faculty of Medicine (FK), Faculty of Adab and Humanities (FAH), and Graduate School.

On the occasion of Prof. Suwito, acting as resource person and representative of the University Senate, expressed the key points of the new BKD guidelines. While Chairman of SPI, Dr. Ahmad Tjahya explained the aspects of the policy and the financial consequences of the guidelines, Nashrul Hakim, Ph.D showed the latest application as a combination of BKD and SKPR system, and lastly PK Bureau, Drs. Subarja, M.Pd declared its readiness to follow up the payment of BKD and SKPR in accordance with the applicable rules. (usa)
