LPM UIN Jakarta Conducts Simulation to prepare for International Accreditation Visitation

Rectorate Building, UIN News Online - Quality Assurance Agency (LPM) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is simulating international accreditation visitation in Diorama Room, Friday (6/12/2024). It is known that UIN Jakarta scheduled accreditation visitation activities from ACQUIN or Accreditation, Certification, and Quality Assurance Institute, on 9th Monday until 13th Friday December, 2024.

The visitation simulation itself was directly led by the Head of the Audit and Quality Control Center of LPM Jejen Jaenuddin Ph.D with the attendance of the leaders of the Faculty and Postgraduate School of UIN Jakarta. In the simulation, the assessors from ACQUIN: Dr. Jasmine Rudolph, Dr. Michael Bayer, Martin Borg, Simon Schachtl, and Robert Raback, were also attended to directly see the process of preparing for the visitation.

In his direction, Chief Jejen expected the leaders of the faculties and their units to prepare their respective so that the accreditation visitation process could be executed successfully. He also hopes for support from various related work units for seamless operation during the visitation process.

“ I hope the visitation process will run smoothly and the International accreditation process of UIN Jakarta will get the best results,” he said.

PPM's official release mentioned that several faculties that will be inspected by ACQUIN are the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences, the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Keguruan Sciences, the Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah, and the Graduate School (on 9th -10th December, 2024). Then, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Faculty of Ushuluddin, and Faculty of Adab and Humanities (on 12th-13th December, 2024).

In UIN NEWS Online notes, accreditation activities by the international accreditation agency ACQUIN keep adding to the amount of faculties and study programs that have previously been accredited by the international accreditation agency ASIIN. ACQUIN itself is an international accreditation certification agency registered with EQAR or European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education.
