LP2M Held Workshop on Articles Writing

LP2M, UIN News Online - In order to continuously improve the productivity of scientific papers in academic community of UIN Jakarta, Institute for Research and Community Service (LP2M) actively and periodically invite experts from various world universities to deliver stimulus and insight about writing articles with the opportunity to be published in indexed journal. On Thursday (10/12) LP2M presented Mr. Joe Ng, Scholar from Cambridge University Press to give a lecture on "How to Publish in International Journal".

The event discussed the basic foundation of article writing to be directed on publication and the flow of an article from the submission to be published until it was successfully received by the journal team editor. Mr. Joe Ng was explained about the writing of articles and journals and was also introduced the Cambridge University Press (CUP), which is part of Cambridge University and an academic publisher as well as an educational publisher. With global circulation, subsidiary publishing, and offices in more than 40 countries, CUP has published over 50,000 titles from authors of more than 100 countries. The CUP publications include academic journals, reference works, textbooks, and publications of English teaching and education.

At the end of his speech, Mr. Joe also informed that Cambridge University Press with hundreds of journals published for various disciplines ready to receive UIN Jakarta academics writings that meets the criteria and standards of writing scientific papers and have adequate quality content. (usa)
