KUIN Malaysia-UIN Jakarta Agree to Cooperate on Academic Fields

Rectorate, UIN News Online – Kolej Universiti INSANIAH (KUIN) Malaysia offers educational cooperation with UIN Jakarta. The cooperation offer is delivered directly by KUIN representative Dr. Mohamad Abdul Hamid (Deputy Rector for Academic Affairs KUIN), Friday (11/3/2017), at Rectorate Building, Campus I of UIN Jakarta.

Their visit was warmly welcomed by the Rector of UIN Jakarta Prof Dr Dede Rosyada MA and Vice Rector for Cooperation Affairs Prof Dr Murodi MA and accompanied by Dean of FDI Dr Hamka Hasan and several UIN Jakarta Institutional heads.

In his remarks, Abdul Hamid thanked UIN Jakarta for welcoming this cooperation. He also hopes that this cooperation can improve the educational qualities in both institutions.

“We would like to express our gratitude to UIN Jakarta who welcomed KUIN's intention to establish cooperation in several matters related to educational quality improvement. Especially in terms of research,” he said.

In response, Rector of UIN Jakarta Prof Dr Dede Rosyada MA appreciated the intention of KUIN to establish cooperation with UIN Jakarta. He also hoped that this cooperation needs to be implemented immediately.

“UIN Jakarta is currently being intensively cooperated with several universities both national and international. This is done in order to enrich the academic climate in UIN Jakarta and partner institutions,” said Dede.

On the same occasion, Vice Rector for Cooperation Affairs UIN Jakarta Prof Dr Murodi MA said that this cooperation will begin to be realized in 2018.

“The cooperation will be conducted in several ways, among them are student exchange, visiting professor, sandwich program, international conference, and collaborative research,” said Murodi. (usa)
