Judicial Commision of RI Launch Ethic & Law Clinic in UIN Jakarta

Theater Room, Faculty of Syaria and Law study, UIN NEWS Online-- Faculty Syaria and Law Study of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a General Stadium with the theme “Law Enforcement Reformation and Profession Ethic of Law Enforcement in Indonesia”, Wednesday, 13th of April 2016. The event presented an expert in law practitioners, Prof Dr Abdul Ghani Abdullah, SH (Supreme Court Judge/Lecturer in FSH UIN Jakarta) and Drs. Maradaman Harahap, SH MH (KY RI Comissioner/alumni of FSH UIN Jakarta), as the speaker. With the presence of Judicial Commissioner (KY) in FSH UIN Jakarta, not only to be a speaker but also to lauch Ethic Clinic and UIN Jakarta Law in symbolic way by attach token to the participants.

In representing The Dean, Vice Dean in Student, Cooperation, and Alumni Field Dr. Yayan Sopyan, SH, MA welcomed the speaker in the event. We welcome and very thankfull for State Officials from Supreme Court and Judicial Commissioner, it is such an honor for us, explained Yayan. Both of the speaker are alumnus of UIN Jakarta and does not simply forget their alma mater. Thankfullness is also delivered by The Program of Law Study as the one in charge of the event, he added.

Ethic and Law Clinic is one of the KY program held in several universities. Participants that has pass the selection of Ethic and Law Clinic UIN Jakarta are 42 people in total, who later would be taught in the Clinic’s programs with cooperation of Judicial Commissioner for 9 months.
