Prepare the following documents based on your level of study.
Undergraduate (S1)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- 4x6 Color Photo (Red Background)
- High School Diploma (max. 3 years after graduation)
- High School Transcript
- TOEFL ≥ 500 / TOAFL ≥ 450 / IELTS 6.0 / BIPA Cert.
- Medical Check-Up Certificate
- Bank Statement (min. USD 2000)
- Passport valid ≥ 18 months
Postgraduate (M.A. & Ph.D)
- 4x6 Color Photo (Red Background)
- S1 & S2 Diplomas + Transcripts (Ph.D only)
- TOEFL ≥ 500 / TOAFL ≥ 450 / IELTS 6.0 / BIPA Cert.
- 2 Letters of Recommendation
- Medical Check-Up Certificate
- Permission Letter (if employed)
- Research Proposal (4–8 pages)
- Bank Statement (last 3 months, min. USD 2000)
