Hundreds of administrative staff of UIN Jakarta have been vaccinated

Ciputat, UIN News Online – 355 administrative staff of UIN Jakarta have been vaccinated on Tuesday, (03/16/2021) the faculty of Medicine and health sciences building, campus II of UIN Jakarta.

This was said by the UIN Jakarta’s vaccination organizer Abdul Halim to UIN News Online on Wednesday (03/17/2021) in his office.

“After being vaccinated, participants will receive a short message containing a written notification of the second phase vaccination schedule,” he said.

In addition, he added, the short message also contains a guide to download the 1st Vaccination Certificate which can only be accessed by the participant concerned.

“The certificate contains the NIK, date of birth, and QR Code which are prone to being misused by irresponsible people. So, try not to upload them to social media,” said Halim.

In line with Halim, IT Coordinator of UIN Jakarta Vaccination Team, Abdullah, quoted a suggestion from the Indonesian Minister of Communication and Information Johnny G Plate who asked the people not to show off or upload vaccine certificates to social media or share them carelessly.

“It is feared that the vaccination certificate card uploaded could be misused,” he said.

In this first stage of the vaccination process, Halim explained, none of the participants experienced serious symptoms after vaccination.

“This proves that the vaccine is safe and effective,” said Halim. (usa/mf)
