Himahi FISIP UIN Jakarta wins national presentation competition

Rectorate, UIN News Online – The International Relations Student Association (HIMAHI) of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) UIN Jakarta won second place in the Paper Presentation at the 33rd National Intermediate Meeting of Indonesian International Relations Students (PSNMHII) held by Pelita Harapan University, Jakarta on 7-11 June, 2021. In the online presentation, Himahi FISIP discussed the topic of "Security". Based on a press release from Himahi FISIP UIN Jakarta, Saturday (12/6/2021), the discussion entitled "New Normal to New Future: Recovery and Acceleration" was attended by 60 universities in Indonesia. The competition featured three branches, namely Project X, Pelita Harapan Diplomatic Course (PHDC), and Paper Presentation. From the four events, Himahi FISIP UIN Jakarta won second place in the Paper Presentation competition. The first place was won by the National Development University (UPN) Veteran Jakarta and the third place was won by Parahyangan Catholic University (Unpar) Bandung. “However, Himahi FISIP UIN Jakarta is in the top 15 out of 60 college who participates in the Project X,” said the release. In the competition, the Himahi FISIP UIN Jakarta delegation sent seven participants. They are Raudatul Zanah A.S and Muhammad Hanif Abiyyu H (participant of Paper Presentation), Vabita Prasyanita (participant of PHDC), Mushlihah Fitri Luthfiyah Lubis and Ajib Nugraha (participant of Project X), and Delaila Fitriani Thifal and Muhammad Ibrahim Soejoeti (Forum participant).
