"It is advised for each work unit to work together and support each other to improve the quality and quantity of performance in all parts of UIN Jakarta," he added.
In the same place, the Head of Personnel Section, Ir Yarsi Berlianti MSi, emphasized that there were several work units that still needed improvement both in administration and performance reports.
"There are several work units that still need development in order to produce orderly administration and optimize the achievement of the IKU," Yarsi said.
She added, that in order to realize this, there needs to be coordination and communication between the satker, especially those under the auspices of the AUK Bureau. "There is still time to continue to improve the achievement of the IKU," said Yarsi. (usa-rs)
