Fun Walk as The Highlight of 61st Anniversary of UIN Jakarta

FKIK Building,   UIN NEWS  Online- To commemorates the 61st anniversary of ADIA / IAIN / UIN Jakarta, the entire academic community of UIN Jakarta participated in a fun walking event, Sunday (12/08).

The activity which was attended by at least 1,000 participants was symbolically released by the Rector of Jakarta UIN Prof. Dr. Dede Rosyada MA, by taking the route from the courtyard of the Faculty of Medicine Campus II building, then walking through Situ Gintung,   then   finish   on the courtyard of the Faculty of Adab and Humanities (FAH).

Before releasing the participants, the chancellor said that the activity which began at 6:00 a.m. was a reflection of gratitude for the health of the entire academic community of UIN Jakarta, so that they could work to develop the educational institution.

"This is a form of our gratitude to Allah SWT, because until this moment we are still given health, for that we must always maintain the health that has been given," said Dede.

Based on UIN News Online observation, all participants also enjoy a variety of traditional food, such as sweet potatoes, corn, bananas, meatballs, chicken porridge, and many other types of food while on break.

As information, besides the aforementioned activities, participants also get entertainment and   door prize   which is quite interesting. The door prizes are a form of appreciation and participation of UIN Jakarta partners to enliven the event of the 61st Anniversary of UIN Jakarta. (usa-rs)
