FSH UIN Jakarta Holds Studium General on Public Service Supervision

FSH Building, UIN Online News - Faculty of Sharia and Law of UIN Jakarta held Studium General titled "Pengawasan Terhadap Pelayanan Publik di Indonesia" by presenting the chairman of Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, Amzulian Rifai as keynote speaker. Before giving the materials, Amzulian Rifai accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty of Shariah and Law, Asep Saepudin Jahar met the rector in the rectorate building on Thursday (04/12/2018).

In the material presented, Amzulian Rifai tells a lot about various problems that arise in public service to the community in Indonesia. Public complaints are acknowledged still many that have not been resolved to date.

Amzulian explained, the public idea of ​​public service well has been accommodated by the government, but it is still constrained when implementing it.

"Many rules and regulations are weak in its implementation. Therefore, the leadership must be able to ensure that all provisions that are implementative, "said Amzulian.

This, continued Amzulian, certainly need a commitment from the state organizers and leaders from various institutions to be able to implement public services. "Because it is a challenge from the leaders to provide good public service for the community," continued Amzulian.

On the other hand, the Dean of the Faculty of Shariah and Law, Asep Saepudin Jahar welcomed the general studium which presented the chairman of the Ombudsman. In addition to introducing the Ombudsman institution and its functions, the students can also learn how to provide services, both for themselves and others while down in the community.

"There are several things that must be learned from the coming of the Ombudsman chairman, one of which is how the students can understand what exactly the Ombudsman institution is.
