FSH UIN Jakarta holds coordination meeting on AUN-QA preparation
FSH Meeting Room, UIN News Online – In order to examine technical readiness for the assessment of Family Law Study Program by ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA), the Faculty of Sharia and Law UIN Jakarta holds technical meeting on Tuesday (04/16/2019), at the meeting room of FSH, campus I of UIN Jakarta.
According to the schedule, the Family Law Study Program will be assessed on 30 April to 2 May 2019. This activity is intended to prepare Family Law Study Programs to gain recognition at the ASEAN level, which corresponds to one of the visions UIN Jakarta, namely to become a World Class University (WCU).
Present in the event, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs of UIN Jakarta Zulkifli, Dean of FSH UIN Jakarta Ahmad Tholabi Kharlie, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of FSH UIN Jakarta Euis Amalia, The head of LPM UIN Jakarta Asep Saepudin Jahal, and Department Head of Family Law study program Abdul Halim.
According to Ahmad Tholabi, Family Law Study Program is one of the oldest study programs and has been part of the FSH since 1967. For 52 years, this Study Program has produced many of the best graduates.
“With AUN-QA accreditation, the Family Law Study Program is expected to be in line with other best study programs in ASEAN,” said Ahmad Tholabi.
On the same occasion, Abdul Halim explained that this assessment would involve faculty leaders, lecturers, staff, students, alumni, and graduate users.
Meanwhile, Euis Amalia added, all faculty leaders are optimistic that the assessment will run smoothly. She also said that Family Law Study Program will be able to compete in the ASEAN level.
In line with the FSH leaders, the Head of LPM UIN Jakarta Asep Saepudin Jahal conveyed his suggestions and optimism that FSH will be able to meet the AUN-QA criteria and standards.
