FSH graduates should be able to design business contracts

FSH Theater, UIN NEWS Online – The laboratory team of Sharia and Law Faculty (FSH) UIN Jakarta held a Business Contract Design Training. The training was held on Monday-Tuesday, at the FSH theater.

Training aimed at meeting the basic competence of law graduates in designing and making business contracts for 12 hours and in cooperation with Siahaan Irdamis Andarumi, Counselor at Law Jakarta.

Present as the speaker of the training, Laksmita Andarumi SH LLM, a corporate lawyer and graduate of FHUI and National University of Singapore.

Head of FSH Laboratory, Dr. Mesraini SH MAg told UIN NEWS Online, said that this training was followed by students of class of 2014 from the Program of Law Science and Law of Islamic Economics.

"The purpose of this event is to make FSH graduates ready to compete to become advocates and   in-house lawyer   who work as professionals in designing and making business and cooperation contracts," he said.

Similarly, Hidayatulloh MH as the Coordinator of Economic Law Laboratory stated that the ability to design and make business contracts is mandatory for law graduates.

"In the curriculum of FSH UIN Jakarta, students have been provided with Civil Law, Banking Law, Banking Law, Corporate Law, Tax Law, Business Competition Law, Dispute Settlement Law and Business Contract Practicum. This training strengthens the theoretical aspects that have been obtained with practical competence, "explained Hidayatullah.
