Five Students Will Be Sent to Study Overseas
CIC, UIN News Online – UIN Jakarta scheduled to send its five students to study in Poland, Egypt and Australia through student exchange program between UIN Jakarta and partner universities. The program is expected to let the students experiencing the world’s best universities academic culture.
It was conveyed by the head of the Center of International Cooperation (PLKI) UIN Jakarta Rachmat Baihaky MA to UIN News Online team in his office, Tuesday, (1/17). According to Rachmat, this scheme can support the internationalization of UIN Jakarta students.
“This program could give them opportunity to continue their study abroad after they graduate from UIN Jakarta,†he said.
Rachmat explained, as many as two students will be sent to Australia, two students to Poland, and one student to Egypt. “Hopefully, they can be departed in March,†said Rachmat.
The students participating in the program will be studying there for one semester and the courses will be adjusted with UIN Jakarta so the grade could be converted to our semester credits.
For the requirements, he continued, the candidate will be selected through a strict selection process. “We requires an IELTS score of 6.5 and good Arabic Language proficiency,†he explained (usa)
