FITK English Language Education Master Program Will Accept New Students

FITK, UIN News Online – English Language Education (PBI) Master Program Will Accept New Students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teachers Training (FITK) UIN Jakarta will accept new students for 2017/2018 academic year for S1 graduates both in English education and English literature from accredited universities.

According to Head of English Education Master program department Dr Fahriany, PBI Master program is one of the higher educational institutions in FITK UIN Jakarta that already accredited B by the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN-PT). The vision of this institute is to create a research-based master programs and information and communication technology (ICT) that are professional, superior and competitive at the national and international level.

“PBI Master program is ready to produce the experts in English Laguages Education,” said Fahriany to UIN News Online in FITK Building, Wednesday, (2/22).

According to Fahriany, the selection process for this program will take place on 2-3 August 2017 Students who have passed the selection, she continued, are required to re-register by submitting other necessary files and by paying tuition fee. The selection result will be announced on August 10, 2017, re-registration on August 11-30, 2017.

“Students who enroll will be selected according to the mechanism which includes TOEFL and TOAFL test, Academic Potential Test and Thesis Proposal. The class will begin on September 6, 2017,” she said.

She also added that all PBI Master program lecturer has a doctorate degree. They are graduates of major universities, both national and international.

The academic degree for this program is Master of education or MPd,” she added. (usa)
