Fitha Ayun Lutvia is elected as the Chairwomen of LPM insitut for the period of 2021
Depok, UIN News Online – Fitha Ayun Lutvia, student of the Faculty of Sharia and Law (FSH) UIN Jakarta is elected as chairwomen of of the Student Press Institute (LPM) INSTITUT UIN Jakarta. She was elected at the 36th LPM INSTITUT's Highest Conference (Musti),held in Sawangan, Depok, West Java on Sunday (01/17/2021).
Ayun was chosen to outperform two other candidates, namely Aldy Rahman (student of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Science) and Amrullah (student of the Faculty of Adab and Humanities).
In the election, Fitha Ayun Lutvia received 13 votes, Aldy Rahman (5 votes), and Amrullah did not get votes. Election takes place democratically with a one man one vote system. Ayun was elected to replace Ika Titi Hidayati. She will lead the LPM INSTITUT for one period or one year ahead.
The LPM INSTITUTE Musti was held since January 16, 2021 and was officially opened by senior Nanang Syaikhu. In addition to choosing a candidate for general chairman, Musti also discussed the Accountability Report of LPM INSTITUT management for the 2020 period and the preparation of a work program for the 2021 period.
Through WhatsApp messenger, Tuesday (01/19/2021), chairwomen of LPM INSTITUT for the 2020 period, Ika Titi Hidayati, expressed her gratitude for the support and cooperation of the management during her terms. She also hopes that the new chairwomen of LPM INSTITUT can perform well and bring the student press organization to a more weighty direction.
“LPM INSTITUTE must remain at the forefront in delivering information about the world of student affairs, both in the form of analytical news and opinions,” said Titi. (usa/ns)
