FISIP UIN Jakarta Held Workshop on National-International Creative Economy Business

FISIP Auditorium, UIN NEWS Online – Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) UIN Jakarta held a seminar with theme   Building a Creative National Economy Business Tough to reach International, Tuesday at FISIP Auditorium UIN Jakarta.

The workshop that designed in the form of panel discussion is moderated by Abdul Aziz and presenting three speakers who are successful young entrepreneurs who are also members of HIPMI-PT Banten. They are, Faizal Hermiansyah SKom (Owner Eight Code Indonesia), Amar Hertanto MM (Owner of Transporindo Lima Perkasa, Truckindo Jaya Bersama and other logistics company), and Maheksa Akni S (Owner of Geprek Bensu, Kuenya Ayu).

The event was opened by Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Agus Nugraha MA followed by the signing of Memorandum of Understanding between FISIP and HIPMI PT Banten. From FISIP UIN Jakarta, represented by Dr. Agus Nugraha MA being from HIPMI Banten represented by Faizal Hermiansyah SKom as chairman of HIPMI-PT Banten.

The workshop was open to the public, attended by at least 350 participants from UIN Jakarta students from various faculties, also students from various universities in Jabodetabek. In addition, there are also private employees, teachers and other invited guests.

One of the event organizers told UIN NEWS Online that the activity is expected to provide enlightenment to students into entrepreneurship later after graduated. Due to reduced opportunity for the job seeker, like the policy of President Jokowi in doing moratorium of Civil Servant admission in his leadership period. Not only that, politics nowadays also requires enormous capital to be able to run for legislative or executive candidates.

On that basis, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences in collaboration with HIPMI PT Banten held this workshop to encourage students' desire in doing business. (usa)
