FISIP-Kemdikbud Holds scholarship seminar

FISIP, UIN News Online – The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) UIN Jakarta, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud) holds scholarship seminar entitled Menciptakan Generasi Unggul dan Kompetitif Untuk Kemajuan Bangsa, Tuesday (03/13/2019) at FISIP auditorioum, campus II of UIN Jakarta.

The event, which moderated by Muhammad Diva El Haq, invites Ledia Hanifa Amaliah (Commission X DPR RI Member) and Musa Yosep (Ministry of Education and Culture) as resource persons.

The event was opened with remarks from FISIP’s Deputy Dean for Student Affairs Agus Nugraha. Agus in his remarks said that all UIN Jakarta students must take an opportunity of this scholarship in order to lessen tuition fees.

“Hopefully this scholarship can be beneficial for high-achiever student from disadvantaged backgrounds,” he said.

For information, this seminar was attended by around 300 participants. In addition to UIN Jakarta students, there are also students from other campuses who participated in this event. (usa)
