FIDIKOM Students Studied Corruption and The Role of Student
Auditorium Harun Nasution, UIN NEWS Online - Celebrating the 27th anniversary of Faculty of Communication Sciences and Da’wa (FIDIKOM), Student Executive Council (DEMA) FIDIKOM held a Public Lecture and Book Review with the theme of Campus and Alumni Contribution in Combating Corruption. The theme taken refers the importance of the campus role in cutting corruptive behavior in various public services.
Opening of the 27th anniversary itself was opened directly FIDIKOM lecturer Ade Masturi MA in Harun Nasution Auditorium Wednesday, (1/11/2017). In his speech, Ade Masturi expressed his gratitude and appreciation to DEMA FIDIKOM UIN Jakarta who has made the event. "This is an important moment for all of us, how our students play a role or contribute to the eradication of corruption," he said.
Abraham Samad, Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) 2011-2015, one of the resource persons present hopes that students as young generation to instill integrity values in thinking and behavior early on. According to him such integrity will make them grow as the figures of future generations are tough.
"Always behave positive, morals, behave that do not deviate, because if we are not morals then it becomes the forerunner of corrupt people in the future," he said.
In addition to Samad, public lectures also present speakers Erlangga Adikusumah. This KPK Directorate of Education and Community Service represented the Chairman of KPK Agus Rahardjo who was unable to attend.
In addition to public lecture, the activities are also filled with discussions and book review of Metamorphosis of Korupsikarya Sabir Laluhu Communication System, national media journalist and alumnus FIDIKOM UIN Jakarta. In addition to Samad, discussion and book review was also attended by Professor of Communication Sciences UIN Jakarta Prof. Andi Faisal Bakti, Ph.D and Chair of Advocacy Section of Indonesian Legal Aid Foundation M.
