FEB UIN Jakarta Celebrates the New Building

FEB, UIN News Online – Economic and Business Faculty of UIN Jakarta holds tasyakuran and khataman for the newly inaugurated building, Tuesday (06/26/2018). Present in the event, Vice Rector for General Administration Prof Dr Abdul Hamid, Vice Rector for Cooperation Prof Dr Murodi, Deans, UIN Jakarta Planning and Finance Bureau Chief Drs. H. Subarja, M.Pd, and Head of UIN Jakarta Central Library Amrullah Hasbana, MA.

In addition to khataman and tasyakuran, the event which took place at 08.00 am was also filled with religious discourse by FEB Lecturer KH Cholil Nafis.

Representating the Rector, Vice Rector for Cooperation Prof Dr Murodi MA congratulates and expects that the new building can be utilized to increase the learning service in the FEB, “Congratulations on the use of the new building. Hopefully, both teachers and students can conduct the learning activities in a better atmosphere,” said Murodi.

Meanwhile, Dean of FEB UIN Jakarta Dr. M. Arief Mufraini, Lc., MA in his remarks said that the event was held as a form of gratitude. “Hopefully the event can run as planned,” he said.

For information, the five storey building is constructed with modern architectural and green building concepts. The new building is planned to accommodate 1,500 students. In addition to classes, the building will also be equipped with parking facilities, offices, lecturer offices, and bathrooms as well as praying room. (usa)
