FDI Student Successfully Obtain Two Trophies at Gebyar Bahasa Arab 2018
FDI, UIN News Online – Budi Adrianto, 4th semester student of Dirasat Islamiyah Faculty UIN Jakarta again won two competitions at Gebyar Bahasa Arab 2018 Nasional, which was held in IAIN Cirebon, Wednesday (04/11/2018).
The two events successfully won by Budi include Musabaqah Qiraatil Kutub (MQK), and Arabic Essay. In MQK, Budi won 1st place after defeating 49 competitors from various universities and pesantrens in Indonesia. While in the Arabic Essay competition, he won 2nd place. However, it is an achievement to be proud of. The reason, that's the first time for Budi to participate in the Arabic Essay competition.
“In the future, I will do my best to get better results. Of course, it must be accompanied by a commitment and more active in deepening the world of Arabic authorship,” said Budi to UIN News Online, Friday (04/13/2018).
According to Budi, the competition is a part of learning media that need to be followed in order to sharpen his Arabic language skill.
For information, Budi successfully won various national-scale MQK events held in various universities, such as FAN (Festival Arab Nusantara) December 2017, at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, FESBA (Festival Bahasa) February 2018, at IIQ Jakarta, and the last as the first winner in MQK SAHARA March 2018 ago.
