Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah Holds Competency Test for Excellent Service

Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah, UIN News Online - Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, held a competency test in the field of excellent service for lecturers and education staff on Tuesday (6/8/2024). This activity is a follow-up to the excellent service training that has been carried out previously.

A total of 22 participants participated in the competency test consisting of lecturers and education staff. Dean of the Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah, Dr. Yuli Yasin, Lc., M.A., in his speech emphasized the importance of excellent service skills for the entire academic community.

"The ability to provide high-quality services will be a competitive advantage for the faculty in the future," said the dean.

The implementation of the competency test was entrusted to assessors from the Kadiri Mandiri Professional Certification Institute (LSP), an institution known for its high standards in professional competency assessment. The participants were tested through various methods, including written tests, simulations, and interviews to assess their understanding and practical abilities in providing excellent service.

This activity is part of the Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah's ongoing efforts to improve the quality of its services and the professionalism of its staff. It is hoped that, with this competency test, the faculty can further improve its service standards to students, partners, and the wider community.

This excellent service competency test shows the commitment of the Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah in developing its human resources. By increasing staff competence in excellent service, it is hoped that the faculty can provide better service and increase the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
