Enliven the 65th Anniversary, UIN Jakarta Holds Fun Bike Event

Ciputat, UIN News Online – As a series of the 65th Anniversary, UIN Jakarta holds a fun bike event on Saturday (05/28/2022). With an outdoor and fun concept, this post-pandemic activity was enthusiastically welcomed by the participants. The Fun Bike event themed “Dengan Milad UIN Jakarta ke-65, Kita Eratkan dan Kuatkan Silaturahim Melalui Giat Funbike” was attended by the academic community of UIN Jakarta and their families.

Fun Bike Starts from campus II of UIN Jakarta passed the Pondok Cabe airport towards South City and turned back to campus two.

Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis released the Fun bike participants by waving the start flag. In her remarks, Amany said the fun bike activity was a celebration with the big family of UIN Jakarta.

“Even though the route is short but I hope everything goes according to the plan,” said Rector Amany.

The event was held simply but full of the spirit of kinship and togetherness. After arriving at the finish line, the participants took a short break and then followed with a breakfast and some entertainment.

On the same occasion, the Chair of Organizing Committee Ali Munhanif said, there were about 250 cyclist who took part in the fun bike activity this time. According to him, the high enthusiasm of the participants was due to the growing development of the cycling community at UIN Jakarta.

“The cycling community at UIN Jakarta continues to grow rapidly. Currently, there are many cycling associations, both in faculties and study programs. So, it's natural that many cyclist participate in this activity,” said Ali.

In addition to the Fun Bike activities, the UIN Jakarta Anniversary celebration was enlivened by a series of activities, including book launches, photo exhibitions as well as national and international seminars.

Meanwhile, various competitions and competitions, blood donations, and social services will be held in near future. (ns/dma/usa)
