Enliven the 64th anniversary, UIN Jakarta holds Fun Bike event

Ciputat, UIN News Online – In order to celebrate the 64th Anniversary, UIN Jakarta held a 2021 Fun Bike event, Sunday (05/30/2021). The event was officially opened by the Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis.

“Fun Bike is held not only to celebrate the 64th Anniversary of UIN Jakarta, but also to familiarize us with a healthy lifestyle,” said Rector Amany.

Fun Bike starts from campus I Ciputat to campus IV in Bojongsari, Depok, West Java, with a distance of 12 kilometers. The route followed by Jalan Ir Juanda Ciputat towards Parung, Bogor, and ends at the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) campus of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Educational Science (FITK) UIN Jakarta.

The event was held simply but full of the spirit of kinship and togetherness. After arriving at the finish line, the participants took a short break and then followed with a breakfast.

After the event, the Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis said that the 64th anniversary of UIN Jakarta was carried out in a simple way due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Apart from the Fun Bike activity, another activity that was held in order to celebrate anniversary. Namely the Dies Natalis ceremony with a speech delivered by the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, KH Ma'ruf Amin.

“We also holds social services activity by distributing hundreds of basic necessities to our employees,” said Rector Amany. (usa/ns)
