Discussing 2025 Performance Plan, UIN Jakarta Held Open Senate Meeting
Diorama Room, UIN News Online - UIN Jakarta once again held an open Senate meeting on Friday (17/1/2025) at the Diorama Room of Harun Nasution auditorium. The meeting was headed by UIN Jakarta Rector, Prof. Asep Saepudin Jahar, M.A., Ph.D.; Chairman of UIN Jakarta Senate, Prof. Dr. Dede Rosyada M.A.; Secretary of Senate, Prof. Dr. Masri Mansoer M.Ag. Also there were professors, university leaders, bureau heads, senate members, and lecturer attended this meeting.
Senate Chairman, Dede Rosyada revealed that this meeting is an important agenda to assess performance achievements throughout 2024 and listen to priority work plans in 2025.
One of the main programs is UI Green Matric which includes: internationalization and recognition for students, lecturers, and institutions; development of PTN BH; digitalization, reinforcement of business and university income; green campus infrastructure development; campus rebranding through reformed public relations, and bureaucratic renewal.
Meanwhile, Rector Asep in his speech revealed that UIN Jakarta's priority work program in 2025 aims to strengthen UIN Jakarta's position as a superior educational institution at the national and international levels.
“The work program in 2025 will focus on the implementation of Green Campus and UI Green Metric in the eco-friendly campus program, digitalization, internationalization, business center development, quality of lecturers , and education quality assurance system,” he said.
Rector Asep also highlighted the role of the business center as an organizer for asset management. In fact, the Budget Implementation Performance Indicator (IKPA) in 2024 reached approximately a number of 97%. “The Budget Performance Value (NKA) of UIN Jakarta in 2024 succesfully achieved a score of 96.67 which is very impressive,” he said.
In addition, the discussion also examined responses and suggestions from senate members which are; integration of information systems, improvement of university facilities and infrastructure, accreditation, operational standard procedure (SOP), internal quality audit, and strengthening of alumnus.
Senate Chairman, Dede Rosyada closed the meeting by appreciating all of UIN Jakarta's achievements in 2024. “This achievement is the result of all the performance that will need to be discussed and will be discussed at the upcoming leadership meeting,” he concluded.
