DEMA FAH UIN Jakarta Celebrates the New Building

FAH, UIN News Online – Student Executive Council of the Faculty of Adab and Humanities (FAH) holds tasyakuran for the newly inaugurated building on Thursday, (3/2). As reported before, the Rector of UIN Jakarta Prof Dr Dede Rosyada MA inaugurated the five storey building for the Faculty of Adab and Humanities at Jalan Tarumanegara, Pisangan, East Ciputat.

Present in the event, the Deputy Dean of Students Affairs Dr Zubair Ahmad MA, Deputy Chairman of DEMA FAH UIN Jakarta Imam Qalyubi, Representative of FAH student affairs institution and several invited guests.

In his remarks, Zubair hoped that the new facility can increase the students learning motivation of the FAH students. “Let us utilize this new building as good as possible,” he said.

At the same place, the Chairman of DEMA FAH UIN Jakarta Najiyudin said that this activity is begin with the congregation of Maghrib prayer, khataman al-Quran and communal prayer, led by the Deputy Dean.

“This Tasyakuran is a form of our gratitude for the blessing that have been given by Allah SWT to entire civitas academica of FAH UIN Jakarta, and intends to expect His Graces and Blessings,” said Naji.

When UIN News Online team contacted the Chairman of the Arabic Language and Literature student association Fadli Yuliansyah, he said that this activity will be a good moment in the beginning of the new semester, and hopefully all learning activities will get a blessing from Allah SWT. (usa)
