CPNS UIN Jakarta are obliged to follow the 5 work cultures of MORA
Main Auditorium, UIN News Online – A total of 54 Candidate for Civil Servants (CPNS) UIN Jakarta who received a CPNS Decree from the Rector of UIN Jakarta on behalf of the Indonesian Minister of Religious Affairs are asked to carry out work cultures within the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA) and the three motto of UIN Jakarta.
Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis in her remarks obliges the CPNS to carry out five work cultures, namely Integrity, Professionalism, Innovation, Responsibility, and Exemplary.
“These five work cultures must be carried out by every employee within the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs / UIN Jakarta,” said Rector Amany on Friday (01/29/2021).
Integrity means that there is harmony between thoughts, words and actions. Professionalism means behaving appropriately in the workplace. Innovation means turning an idea into a solution that will add the good value, responsibility means being able to work thoroughly and consequently, and exemplary means we need to become an excellent role model or example.
In addition to the five work cultures, UIN Jakarta also has a motto that becomes the basis for every academic community in thinking, acting and behaving, namely Knowledge, Piety, and Integrity.
Moreover, Rector Amany also added that UIN Jakarta currently in the middle of transformation process from Public Service Agency (BLU) to a Legal Entity State University (PTN BH).
“I hope everyone can support this transformation process,” she added.
On the same occasion, AUK Bureau Chief of UIN Jakarta Kastolan said, the number of CPNS accepted at UIN Jakarta is currently 54 out of a total formation of 64 people. “They will be placed in various work units at UIN Jakarta and will start working on February 1st, 2021,” he said. (usa/ns)
