Changes in the SMM-PTN Barat 2022 Exam Schedule

Rectorate, UIN News Online – The implementation of the first and second sessions of the 2022 Independent Selection for Western Indonesian State Universities (SMM-PTN Barat) scheduled for today, Thursday,  (06/30/2022), has been postponed. For local registrants at UIN Jakarta, exam activities are scheduled to be held on Tuesday, (07/12/2022).

AAKK Bureau Chief of UIN Jakarta Jaenuddin said the adjustment was made due to technical problems in the central level of UTBK SMM-PTN application. “Due to technical difficulties, we hereby convey the changes to the UTBK schedule for the first and second sessions,” he said.

According to Jaenuddin, the first and second sessions of the UTBK SMM-PTN Barat should have been held today. In detail, the first session was held from 07.45-11.30 WIB and the second session was held from 13.00-16.45 WIB.

However, due to technical difficulties, he continued, the selection participants at the local UIN Jakarta are scheduled to take an exam on Tuesday, July 12, 2022. The first session starts at 07.45-11.30 WIB, followed by the second session at 13.00-16.45 WIB.

Any developments related to the implementation of the SMM-PTN Barat will be informed by UIN Jakarta through the website and official social media accounts of UIN Jakarta.

Separately, chair of the 2022 SMM-PTN Barat central committee Aras Mulyadi said the implementation of the UTBK SMM West PTN this time for UTBK sessions 1 and 2 on this Thursday (30 June 2022) had to be postponed due to technical difficulties. Furthermore, rescheduling the selection of participants submitted to each PTN.

“We would like to express our apologizes for matter. Thank you for the understanding of all parties involved in the implementation of the UTBK SMM PTN-Barat 2022,” he said.

In this selection UIN Jakarta was joined with Universitas Syiah Kuala (USK), Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa (UNTIRTA), Universitas Bengkulu (UNIB), Universitas Jambi (UNJA), Universitas Lampung (Unila), Institut Seni Indonesia Padangpanjang (ISI Padangpanjang), Universitas Palangka Raya (UPR), Universitas Malikussaleh (Unimal), Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji (UMRAH), Universitas Bangka Belitung (UBB), Universitas Teuku Umar (UTU), Institut Teknologi Sumatera (ITERA), Institut Seni Budaya Indonesia Aceh (ISBI Aceh), Universitas Samudra (Unsam), Universitas Riau (UNRI), Universitas Siliwangi (UNSIL), Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), Universitas Andalas (UNAND), Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP), Universitas Tanjungpura (UNTAN), Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB), Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau (UIN Suska Riau), Institut Agama Islam Negeri Batusangkar (IAIN Batusangkar), and Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI).
