Center for Career Development UIN Jakarta-TVR Parlemen Holds Webinar and Presenter Casting for Students

Diorama Room, UIN News Online – Center for Career Development (CDC) UIN Jakarta in collaboration with TVR Parlemen holds TVR days titled “Sosialisasi TVR Parlemen Melalui Jejaring Kampus”, Thursday-Friday (07/07-08/2022) at diorama room, campus I of UIN Jakarta. This event aims to motivate students to become journalists and to find presenters who will be recruited by TVR Parlemen.

Present as resource persons, Head of the Parliamentary News Bureau, Indra Pahlevi, Chief Commissioner of KPID Jakarta Kawiyan, Senior Journalist and Alumni of UIN Jakarta Mudzakir Husain, and Editor of TVR Parlemen Yuslihayanti.

Also present in the event, Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis, Vice Rector for Student Affairs Arief Subhan, Head Student Affairs Division Ikhwan, and Sub-Division Head for Talent Development and Student Interest Yulia Handayani.

Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis in her opening remarks expressed her gratitude for the implementation of TVR Day's event organized by TVR Parlemen. She also positively welcomed the activity positively because it would provide insight and job opportunities to students who have interests and talents, especially in the broadcasting field.

“This event provides a great opportunity for students to become reliable presenters and journalists,” said Rector Amany.

Amany also added that UIN Jakarta students have considerable potential. This is because UIN Jakarta students have diversity in terms of ethnicity and socio-cultural background.

“This condition is an advantage because UIN Jakarta students can learn and adapt very quickly,” she added.

At the end of her remarks, she also hopes that by TVR Parliament can recruit excellent presenters from UIN Jakarta so they can motivate other students to become professional presenters. (usa/vrssrc)
