Career Development Center of UIN Jakarta Holds Campus Hiring

Diorama Room, UIN News Online – Career Development Center of UIN Jakarta in collaboration with PT. Finansia Multi Finance holds campus hiring activity at Diorama Room, Campus I of UIN Jakarta, Thursday, (03/08/2018). The event was officially opened by AAKK Bureau Chief of UIN Jakarta Drs H Zaenal Arifin MPdI.

Zaenal in his remarks said that this activity is expected to help UIN Jakarta graduates in particular to find the right place to start a career.

Furthermore, Zaenal also advises the participants to hone their soft skills through various workshop and training activities.

“In addition to academic competence, you must also have sufficient soft skills. If we have a lot of expertise, then we do not need to seek for a job, it is precisely the jobs that will seek us, even better, we can create jobs for others,” said Zaenal.

On the same occasion, the Head of Career Development Center UIN Jakarta said that PT. Finansia Multi Finance will conduct a series of initial selection phase for Management Trainee (MT) at this event. “The next stage will be done at PT. Finansia Multi Finance headquarters,” she said.

She also hopes that in the future, Career Development Center of UIN Jakarta can become an independent institution and has a wider scope of cooperation with various companies, either national or multinational.
