In his presentation, the Head of the AUAK Administration Bureau of IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo explained that Virtual Assistant Dwingent Recht (VADR) is a technology-based innovation designed to bring efficiency in information management, public communication, and academic services at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. This innovation aims to answer the challenges of the digital era by presenting digital solutions that facilitate information accessibility, both for the academic community and the general public.
According to him, VADR plays an important role in the transformation of academic and public services, which increasingly require speed and accuracy in presenting information.
“We realize that in this digital era, the public demands responsive, efficient, and transparent services. VADR is designed to answer these demands,” he said. VADR not only functions as a virtual assistant, but also as a tool to integrate various communication and information needs in the campus environment. This allows the academic community and the general public to get information in real-time, without having to go through a long or complicated process,” he explained.
For three days, Capacity Building participants received intensive training on modern public relations strategies, the use of digital technology, and effective ways to manage communication and information, such as the preparation of Public Relations Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Public Speaking and Social Media Content Management for Government, as well as a communication forum for PTKIN public relations teams throughout Indonesia.
The Capacity Building activity of PTKIN Public Relations throughout Indonesia is expected to have a positive impact in improving the professionalism and ability of public relations in all PTKIN, including UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in providing public information services that are more efficient, innovative, creative, and relevant in the digital era.
