Awardee of Satya Lencana Karya Satya: Nanang Fatchurochman Receives Recognition for 30-Years of Service at UIN Jakarta
South Tangerang, UIN Online News — Dr. Nanang Fatchurochman, S.H., S.Pd., M.Pd., Head of the General Administration and Personnel Bureau (AUK) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, was awarded with the Satyalencana Karya Satya.
The honorary insignia was conferred by the Rector of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta during the 80th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia Commemoration Ceremony, held on Sunday (August 17, 2025) at the Main Field of UIN Jakarta.
On this occasion, 373 UIN Jakarta Civil Servants (ASN), comprising faculty and educational staff, were awarded for their 10, 20, and 30 years of service as a highest appreciation from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto.
"I am profoundly thankful for this accolade as a recognition of my extensive service and motivation to enhance my contributions to my country," Dr. Nanang Fatchurochman expressed.
He further stated that the accolade was not merely a consequence of individual endeavor but rather the outcome of collaboration and support from the entire academic community of UIN Jakarta and the institutions where he had previously worked.
“I assert that this 30-year journey could not have been successfully navigated without collaborative effort and a supportive environment,” he added.
This award represents the state's acknowledgment of public servants' contributions and serves as a moral incentive for them to maintain excellence in their service to the community and the institutions they represent.
Dr. Nanang Fatchurochman aspires for the accolade he received to inspire fellow government workers within the UIN Jakarta community; hence, they must be paired with innovation and a genuine spirit of service.
"Let this honor remind us that participation in the field of education is a significant responsibility. Let us persist in enhancing the quality of service collaboratively and uphold the esteemed reputation of UIN Jakarta," he closed.
