ASN to Attend Commemoration of Independence Day Ceremony
Academic Building, UIN NEWS Online NEWS - All state civil officers (ASN), especially civil servants (PNS), in UIN Jakarta are invited to attend the ceremony of the 72nd Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia on August 17, 2017. The ASNs are also required to complete the list of absence provided by each work unit.
The appeal was conveyed by Head of General Administration and Officers Bureau (BAUK) Dr Rudi Subiyantoro to UIN NEWS Online in Academic Building, Monday (8/14/2017). "As civil servants of our country we are obliged to attend the ceremony (Independence Day). Therefore, I urge that all ASN can attend to commemorate it, "he said.
According to Rudi, Indonesia's Independence Day is a historic day for Indonesian nation. Besides to be commemorated nationally at the State Palace, in each government agency, including educational institutions, also commemorate the history of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia from before until proclaimed on August 17, 1945.
"Therefore we as servants of the state and even all the people of Indonesia should celebrate it with solemnity through the national flag raising ceremony," he said.
The ceremony commemorating the 72nd anniversary of RI in UIN Jakarta will be held in the field of the Center Building on August 17, 2017 at 06.00 am with the core event of raising the national flag. The ceremony will be led by UIN Rector Prof. Dr. Dede Rosyada, while the ceremony officers are held by the vice deans of student affairs and from the student activity unit (UKM).
As reported earlier, national flag will be carried out by flag raisers team (paskibra) from the Student Regiment (Menwa). Vice Dean for Student Affairs Faculty Literature and Humanities (FAH) Dr. Zubair will read the Pancasila text, Vice Dean for Student Affairs Faculty of Law and Law Dr Ahmad Tholabi Karlie will read the Proclamation, Vice Dean for Student Affairs Faculty of Educational Sciences Dr. Fauzan will read the preamble of the 1945 Constitution. While the prayer readings will be done Vice Dean for Student Affairs Faculty of Islamic Theology Drs Suryadinata MA.
In addition to raising the national flag, the ceremony will also be an embedding event for Presidential badge of Satyalencana Karya Satya award to the civil servants. There are at least 21 civil servants who will be awarded this year. The 30 year Satyalencana award was given to 18 civil servants and the 20 year Satyalencana award was given to 3 civil servants. (usa
