78 permanent employees of BLU UIN Jakarta sign integrity pact

Rectorate, UIN News Online – UIN Jakarta appointed 78 Non-Permanent Employees (PTT) to become Permanent Employees (PT) of the Public Service Agency (BLU). The reading and signing of the employee integrity pact ceremony was held at the Harun Nasution Auditorium Building, Friday (01/07/2022).

Prresent in the event, the Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis, Vice Rectors, Deans, Director of Graduate School (SPs) UIN Jakarta and Heads of Institution.

Acting Bureau Chief of Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (BAUK) UIN Jakarta Rojikin in his report said that the number of PTT appointed as PT consists of 50 administrative staff and 28 implementing staff.

“They are appointed according to the terms and criteria set, including the term of service and performance,” he said.

Meanwhile, Rector of UIN Jakarta Amany Lubis in her speech said that PTT and PT are the basic or main staff at UIN Jakarta. The appointment of PTT to PT, according to Amany Lubis, has fulfilled a sense of justice. This was one of her determinations when she served as Rector, namely to improve the employees welfare.

“I do not accept that there is a PTT that is not appointed as a PT. Therefore, all PTTs will be gradually appointed to PT,” said Rector.

 On the other hand, Rector Amany reminded all employees to be more creative and innovative according to their respective capacities. “In addition, employees must synergize with each other in carrying out their duties,” said Rector. (ns/usa)
