72 Commissioner Candidates of KPU UIN Jakarta Takes Fit and Proper Test
Student Affairs Office, UIN NEWS Online - A total of 72 candidates for the General Election Commission for the General Election of Students Syarif Hidayatullah States Islamic University Jakarta underwent fit and proper test. In addition to the candidates for General Election commissioners, the committee also selected at least 44 candidates for the Election Supervisory Agency. The selection was held in the Student Affairs Administration Service building or the 2nd floor Student Building for two days, Wednesday-Thursday (11/ 7-8/2018).
The prospective members underwent a selection in the form of interviews conducted by a selection team from the lecturers. They are Ali Irfan (Faculty of Da’wa and Communication Sciences), Ghazi Salom (Faculty of Psychology), Sri Hidayati (Faculty of Economics and Business), Al'aiNajib (Faculty of Sharia and Law), Ade Rina Farida (Faculty of Da’wa and Communication Sciences), FarisSatriaAlam (Faculty of Sharia and Law), and Fahmi Muhammad Ahmad (Faculty of Sharia and Law).
The interviews were conducted one by one, the material tested includes knowledge about electoral, leadership, conflict management, and organizational experience. The selection process also took a relatively long time.
Head of the Student Talent Subdivision R Trisno Riyadhi said that the selected General Election Commission and Election Supervisory Agency members were representatives from 12 faculties who would occupy the position of General Election Commission commissioners as many as 36 people and 24 members of the Election Supervisory Agency.
The provisions, representatives of General Election Commission members at the university level as many as two people and the Election Supervisory Agencymembers at the faculty level each one person. As for members of the Election Supervisory Agency, representatives at the university and faculty level each one person.
"Please register as many as possible because the selection of General Election Commission and Election Supervisory Agencycandidates is not specifically determined. But the quota of General Election Commission and Election Supervisory Agency members is determined and is proportional, "he explained.
According to Trisno, the announcement of the results of the fit and proper test will be announced on Friday (11/09/2018) tomorrow. While for General Election of Students will be held at the beginning of December 2018. (usa)
