5 FDI Students will Depart to Tunisia
FDI, UIN News Online - Five students from the Faculty of Dirasat Islamiyah (FDI) UIN Jakarta successfully passed the Sandwich 2018 program to study in Tunisia. They are Rifatul Mahmudah, Faizan Nesen, Nelly Ayu Apriliani, Ahmad Haidar, and Budi Andrianto.
Chancellor of UIN Jakarta Prof. Dr. Dede Rosyada MA, Friday (09/21/2018) received at the same time released the five students to study at Zaitunah University, Tunisia for six months (one semester). Where previously, the five students had been given debriefing by the FDI Dean Dr. Hamka Hasan Lc MA.
To the students who are leaving, the chancellor advised them to take advantage of the opportunity to add knowledge and experience. In addition, the Chancellor hopes that with the program, it can improve the learning spirit of students.
"Use this opportunity as best as possible to increase your knowledge and experience. Keep the good name of the alma mater and introduce our culture to them, especially the vision and mission of UIN Jakarta which always upholds pluralism and peace, "said the chancellor.
Also present were the Chancellor, Vice Chancellor for Cooperation between Institutions Prof. Dr. Murodi MAg, Dean of FDI Dr. Hamka Hasan Lc MA, Deputy Dean of Student Affairs, Alumni and Cooperation of Dr. Cahya Buana MAg, and Rahmat Baihaqi, MA (Head of International Cooperation Service Center).
For information, the participants after completing the Sandwich Program will have an obligation to assist in academic improvement for 2 semesters, and this is the second time FDI has sent its students to study in Tunisia, where in 2017, FDI sent four students to the same university. (usa-rs)
