17 Thousands of Camaba Take the Independent Admission Test

Rectorate, UIN News Online – 17 thousands prospective student (camaba) of UIN Jakarta took part in the selection for the Independent Admissions (SPMB Mandiri) test on Wednesday (07/20/2022). The selection itself is carried out by using an electronic selection system application that allows Camaba to take the exam directly from their respective regions.

Based on UIN News Online observation, the selection was carried out in two sessions by involving the supervisory team who served the participants. Until the last session, there were no technical problems faced by the participants.

“Alhamdulillah, there were no significant obstacles in the SPMB Mandiri. Everything went run smoothly. Hopefully the prospective students are satisfied with the services provided,” said AAKK Bureau Chief of UIN Jakarta Jaenuddin.

In the SPMB Mandiri, UIN Jakarta provides opportunities for Madrasah Aliyah and Senior High School graduate or equivalent. Through this enrollment type, prospective students can choose two study programs in the Social Sciences Package (IPS) for the religious/Social study program group or the Natural Sciences Package (IPA) for the science study program group.

The head of academic affairs of UIN Jakarta Feni Arifiani added, the result will be announced on August 5. If they passed the exam, they have to fill in the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) as the basis for determining the amount of their tuition fees.

“The UKT filling period lasts from 5 to 9 August 2022, to announce the results on 13 August. Prospective students can clarify the UKT on August 13 to 15 to announce the final results of the UKT amount which will be announced on August 18,” said Feni. (zm/usa)
