Harun Nasution Auditorium, UIN Online News - The UIN Alumni Association (Ikaluin) Award 2024 presented nine award categories for UIN Jakarta alumni. This appreciation and reunion event took place on Sunday, May 26, 2024.
This time, alumni from the Faculty of Ushuluddin received the most awards, winning four categories. The recipients included Hussein Ja'far Al Hadar, S.Fil.I., M.Ag for the young and influential category, Dr. Phill Syafiq Hasyim, M.A. for the religious thought category., Dr. Neng Dara Affiah, M.Si for the women and gender equality category. and Dr. H. Abdurrahman Mohammad Fachir, M.Si for the politics and governance category.
Next, the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training had two alumni receiving awards. The recipients were Soeharto S.Ag., M.Pd for the religious thought category and Mahariah Sandre S.Pdi for the environment and climate category.
Then, an alumnus from the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Muhamad Isnur, S.H.I., M.H received an award in the law and human rights category. Additionally, an alumna from the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Sakinah Ginna Rosmawati, received an award in the community empowerment category. Furthermore, an alumnus from the Faculty of Adab and Humanities, Bambang Prihadi S.Hum, received an award in the arts and culture category.
According to the head organizer of the Ikaluin Award 2024, Anick H.T, this event represents the achievements of UIN Jakarta alumni celebrated on a grand scale. He hopes this event will continue as a tradition to appreciate dedicated alumni.
"We specifically added a category that has been missing since 2022, which is the young and influential alumni category, to appreciate the contributions of young UIN alumni," said Anick in his speech on Sunday (May 26, 2024).
