To prevent Covid-19 infection, UIN Jakarta Implements visiting rules

Ciputat, UIN News Online – In order to prevent Covid-19 infection, UIN Jakarta developed and implemented guidelines on how to visit campus. Guidelines apply to students and guests who come to the UIN Jakarta campus.

PR office of UIN Jakarta on its press release, Monday (10/12/2020) explained that the guideline was made to anticipate the spread of Covid-19. It also aims to make people aware of the dangers of Covid-19. In the guide prepared by the UIN Jakarta Covid-19 Task Force, there are at least four steps that must be taken by each and every visitor.

First, visitors must first conduct a self-assessment through the application on the https://www.uinjkt.ac.id/sacovid19/. In this page, there are several steps that must be taken by visitors, namely filling in personal data while explaining the purpose of coming to campus, answering all questions asked, and printing the results as evidence and conditions for making a campus visit.

Second, when visiting the destination, both to the rectorate and to the faculty, every visitor must comply with and apply health protocols, such as wearing a mask, washing hands with soap, and maintaining social distancing. Another stage, visitors bring printed proof of self assessment results, report and submit proof of self-assessment to the duty officer (security guard), body temperature checking using a thermogun, and then head to the destination location as needed.

Third, meet the officer at the destination and explain the purpose of arrival to the officer. Then fourth, the visit is over and the guests return home.

Campus visit guidelines are valid during the Covid-19 period and begin effectively on Monday (10/12). (usa/ns)
