Dr. Mehnaz Gul adalah seorang akademisi dan peneliti berpengalaman yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Assistant Professor di Institute of Management Studies, University of Peshawar, Pakistan. Beliau memiliki latar belakang pendidikan yang kuat dengan gelar PhD dalam bidang Komunikasi dari Florida State University, Amerika Serikat, serta MPhil dalam Administrasi Publik dari University of Bergen, Norwegia. Selain karier akademisnya di Pakistan, Dr. Gul juga aktif secara internasional, termasuk perannya sebagai Direktur Program Pascasarjana di Zakat Foundation Institute dan baru-baru ini menjadi Research Fellow tamu di Fakultas Dakwah dan Ilmu Komunikasi (FDIKOM) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
Dengan pengalaman lebih dari 20 tahun di dunia akademis, keahlian riset Dr. Gul mencakup berbagai bidang strategis seperti diplomasi publik, kebijakan media, negosiasi, serta pemberdayaan perempuan dan kewirausahaan. Beliau aktif dalam pengajaran, pengawasan riset pascasarjana, dan publikasi ilmiah, dengan fokus khusus pada komunikasi kemanusiaan dan filantropi Islam. Dedikasinya dalam pendidikan juga terlihat dari keterlibatannya dalam berbagai pelatihan pengembangan kapasitas dosen dan program pelatihan guru di tingkat nasional maupun internasional.
