- SJT principles and distinctive characteristics
- Strategies for constructing valid, relevant, and bias-free scenarios
- Selection of appropriate response formats (ranking, rating, best-worst)
- Handling common challenges such as faking good, limitations in measuring technical competence and motivation, and mitigation strategies
