Tuition fee at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is applied in the form of Single Tuition Fee (UKT) by following regulation number 12 Year 2012 on Higher Education and regulation from the Minister if Religious Affairs number 7 Year 2018 on Standards for Higher Education Operational Cost Assistance at State Religious Universities.
