UIN Jakarta Received Operational Vehicle Grant from Bank Muamalat Indonesia to Strengthening Cooperation
Rectorate Building, UIN News Online - In order to strengthen the concept of green campus and tighten cooperation between agencies, PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia TBK handed over a grant in the form of an operational bus to UIN Jakarta. The symbolic handover ceremony was held on Tuesday (3/12/2024). This vehicle is expected to support the mobility of UIN Jakarta students while strengthening the green campus program.
This grant was received directly by the Rector of UIN Jakarta, Prof. Asep Saepudin Jahar, M.A., Ph.D., who was accompanied by the Vice Rector of Cooperation and Institutional Affairs, Din Wahid, M.A., Ph.D., and the Head of Planning, Budgeting, and Finance Bureau (Biro PK), Drs. Teguh Sarwono, M.Si.
Also present at the event, SEVP Retail Banking Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Dedy Suryadi Dharmawan, and RCEO Jakarta, Agung Pambudi, along with other ranks of Bank Muamalat. The parties expressed their appreciation for the cooperation and hoped that this grant could benefit UIN Jakarta and the surrounding environment.
In his speech, Prof. Asep Saepudin Jahar appreciated the support provided by Bank Muamalat Indonesia. He said that the role of various sectors is very important in supporting the green campus concept echoed by UIN Jakarta.
“We are proud to contribute in strengthening the green campus at UIN Jakarta. The delivery of this bus is a form of our commitment to support education and environmental sustainability. We hope this operational vehicle can provide optimal benefits for student mobility and comfort,” said Dedy.
This collaboration is expected to be a strategic step in creating an environmentally friendly campus and supporting comfortable and efficient mobility facilities for the entire academic community.
The event ended with the signing of the news handover (BAST) as official evidence of the delivery of operational vehicles in the form of buses to UIN Jakarta. Through this collaboration, it is expected that the use of these buses can support the creation of an eco-friendlier and more sustainable campus environment and ease the mobility of students.
