Establishing Medical Partnership, UIN Jakarta Officially Signs MoU with Dr. Haji Maratua Simanjuntak Foundation of North Sumatra
Rectorate Building, UIN News Online — UIN Jakarta and Doktor Haji Maratua Simanjuntak Foundation of North Sumatera officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the Meeting Room of the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, 2nd floor of UIN Jakarta Rectorate Building on Wednesday (11/9/2024).
The signing of the MoU was carried out directly by the leaders of each institution, namely the Rector of UIN Jakarta, Prof. Asep Saepudin Jahar, M.A., Ph.D. and the Chairman of Doktor Haji Maratua Simanjuntak Foundation-North Sumatra, Dr. Muhammad Adyan Simanjuntak, S.T., M.M..
Also witnessing the signing of the MoU were the leaders of each institution. From UIN Jakarta, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ahmad Tholabi, S.Ag., S.H., M.H., M.A., and Vice Rector for Cooperation, Din Wahid, M.A., Ph.D. were present.
In addition to the Chairman of the Doktor Haji Maratua Simanjuntak-North Sumatra Foundation, Dr. Muhammad Adyan Simanjuntak, S.T., M.M., a number of Maratua Haji Foundation administrators also attended the activity. Among them, the Head of Partnership and Public Relations, Zul Anwar Rambe, S.Sos., M.A.P., and the Coordinator of Religion and Language, Abdul Yahya, Lc., M.Ag.
The signing of the MoU itself was responded positively by the parties. Rector Asep Jahar hopes that the cooperation will allow UIN Jakarta to get the best partners in producing the best prospective students.
“We warmly welcome and enthusiastic team of Yayasan Doktor Haji Maratua to UIN Jakarta to continue collaborating for academic progress,” said Rector of UIN Jakarta.
Then the Vice Rector for Cooperation, Din Wahid, M.A., Ph.D., also delivered his remarks in the signing of this MoU. He revealed that the current era is the era of collaboration. So, the signing of this memorandum of understanding is useful to strengthen the cooperation relationship between UIN Jakarta and the Doktor Haji Maratua Simanjuntak Foundation.
Chairman of the Foundation Muhammad Adyan also appreciated the signing of the MoU. “We are very happy to be able to visit Jakarta again to convey our intentions and objectives, namely to collaborate with UIN Jakarta. We hope that the Doktor Haji Maratua Simanjuntak Foundation can have a significant impact on academic development at UIN Jakarta,” explained the Chairman of the Doktor Haji Maratua Simanjuntak Foundation.
The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between UIN Jakarta and the Doktor Haji Maratua Simanjuntak Foundation contains a general MoU and a specific cooperation agreement, such as the admission of Doktor Haji Maratua Simanjuntak Foundation students to the Faculty of Medicine of UIN Jakarta.
This agenda was followed by the official signing of the MoU led directly by the Rector of UIN Jakarta and the Chairman of Doktor Haji Maratua Simanjuntak Foundation.
The signing of the MoU is expected to have a significant impact on the academic progress of students. This agenda symbolizes the beginning of collaboration between UIN Jakarta and Doktor Haji Maratua Simanjuntak Foundation of North Sumatera.
