مليكة واشا (Malika Ouacha) هي باحثة ومحاضرة في كلية روتردام للإدارة (RSM) بجامعة إيراسموس في هولندا، كما تشغل منصب أستاذ مساعد زائر (adjunct-assistant professor) في معهد مؤسسة الزكاة بجامعة إنديانابوليس. تمتلك خلفية أكاديمية قوية ومتعددة التخصصات كعالمة أنثروبولوجيا اجتماعية وثقافية، وحاصلة على درجة الدكتوراه في قطاع الأعمال والإدارة من جامعة إيراسموس. بالإضافة إلى شهادة الدكتوراه، فهي تحمل شهادتي ماجستير في الأنثروبولوجيا الثقافية والاجتماعية وسوسيولوجيا المجتمعات غير الغربية، مما يثري منهجها في فهم الديناميكيات الاجتماعية والمؤسسية.

يركز بحثها الأساسي على العمل الخيري للجاليات والمجتمعات ثنائية الثقافة (diaspora and bi-cultural philanthropy)، حيث تدرس دوافع وسلوكيات المتطوعين أو المانحين الذين يحملون هويات مزدوجة (مثل المهاجرين واللاجئين) في توجيه المساعدات إلى بلدانهم الأصلية. وقد تناولت أطروحتها للدكتوراه والتي جاءت بعنوان "التلقي عبر العطاء" (Receiving by Giving) ديناميكيات العطاء العابر للحدود بشكل معمق. وبعيداً عن الأنشطة الأكاديمية، تنشط في القيادة الاجتماعية، حيث تشغل منصب رئيسة مجلس الإدارة في مركز خبرة التواصل الإنساني (HuCom) وتقود مشروع "المتاحف والتطوع للترميم من أجل الإدماج" (MARVI) الممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي.

تساهم حالياً بنشاط ككبيرة باحثين زميلة (Senior Research Fellow) في كلية الاقتصاد والأعمال (FEB) ومعهد البحوث وخدمة المجتمع (LP2M) بجامعة شريف هداية الله الإسلامية الحكومية بجاكرتا لعام 2025. ومن خلال هذه المهمة، تتعاون أكاديمياً وبحثياً مع الأستاذة ديامانتين روهادتول عيش، المحاضرة بكلية الاقتصاد والأعمال بالجامعة. ومن المتوقع أن يساهم هذا التعاون في تعزيز الشبكة الدولية للجامعة ودفع عجلة التكامل العلمي والبحثي وفقاً للمعايير العالمية.
